Rose is timely (ahead of time) and wonderfully dependable. She takes the worry out of getting from point A to point B. In addition, Rose was available at midnight when I feared I left my shawl ( a beloved gift from my daughter, purchased in Paris, France seven years ago) in the taxi. Turns out the shawl wasn’t left in the cab and I did get it back. Meanwhile, Rose took several steps in making calls for me and she was very supportive to help me find my lost possession.
